Great location, easy access, very comfortable apartment fully equipped with new appliances. The bed in the master bedroom could be improved as it makes noise when sleeping. It has an Xbox for the kids, which was very useful. It's close to the PATH station for getting to NYC. If you arrive by car, parking is difficult as there aren't many spaces available on the street and the hours are very strict. The host was very kind, leaving free snacks and water. Overall, it was an excellent experience during our visit to NYC.

There was 6 of us that stayed in the apartment for a week and we were very impressed! It is located in a nice area and it’s only a 10min walk to the station. The place was clean and they also left us some water and snacks when we arrived. The host gave us detailed instructions on how to check in and was super straightforward. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

The apartment was neat and cozy with the best vibes ever. Everything had a luxurious feel to it. We stayed in Jersey city for around 3 days and the space was enough for our family of 6 people. It is around a 10 to 15 min walk from the metro station which was very convenient as we used it to get to tour different locations in New York. The red WTC path train got us to New york in 15 min. Surrounding restaurants and nearby grocery stores were convenient. The experience was a stellar 5 star for me and my family.

I can’t say enough good things about this space and about the host. The host was very responsive, very communicative, and gave very clear instructions on how to find the house as well as how to get inside. They graciously accommodated me with early check in when I told them I would be arriving very early. We were welcomed with a basket of complimentary snacks as well as several beverages, which was very much appreciated after a long flight! The apartment itself was incredibly clean and looked exactly like the pictures. They put a lot of effort into making sure the space was very comfortable. The space was perfect for my family of 4. Everything was kept in great condition and had no issues, from the kitchen appliances to bathroom necessities. The only challenge about this location is definitely street parking, however the PATH was not far at all if you needed to access the city. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering it, and I would love to be back again.
