Perfect stay! Super close to transport, Newark, and the The mall Mills Garden and the train to reach NYC — location was ideal. Everything was thoughtful and well-prepared: great quality linens, bed and towels, welcome treats, full laundry setup… you can really feel the care and attention to detail. We felt right at home from day one. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location with proximity to light rail station enabled easy travel into Manhattan via a connection to ferry through public transportation. Close to Statue of Liberty park as well. House was clean and host was very responsive. Appreciate the detailed instructions. Parking on premise made it very handy for handling luggage etc.. Had a great stay with my family. Would highly recommend this place.

Det var ett perfekt ställe, superbra läge och allt i boendet var perfekt! Värden svarade snabbt på frågor vi hade. Inget att klaga på mer än att det låter lite från gatan.

We chose this AirBnB in hopes of finding something with easy access to NYC for a family sightseeing trip. We chose correctly! The PATH was a few minutes from our doorstep. You can be at World Trade or 33rd street in minutes. The apartment itself was very up to date and clean. Having a full kitchen and being able to do laundry in your room was a huge plus. We didn’t use the sitting area much, but it was also beautiful. Location was also great for nearby restaurants and shops. If I return to this area in the future I’ll definitely check the availability for this AirBnB first!

The apartment was clean and in a safe area. The host is responsive and helped us right away with everything we needed. Was a pleasure to stay and we really recommend it.

It was a lovely stay! The host left us some snacks and very quickly helped us when the doors were hard to open. Its around 40-60 minutes from world trade centre, so in this price its a great deal. The house was very clean and the neighbours weren’t causing any problems.

We had a wonderful stay at Alai Homes! It truly felt like a home away from home — cozy, comfortable, and inviting. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The hosts were friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was seamless. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway!

El lugar es acogedor y amplio. Además, está perfectamente equipado en lo que corresponde a artículos de cocina e higiene, como jabón, shampoo, maquina para secar el cabello, etcétera.
Asimismo, su ubicación es magnifica ya que tienes el tren ligero Path muy cerca ( 10 minutos en auto) y éste te deja en el centro o sur de Manhattan por un costo de viaje de 6 dólares (ida y vuelta).
En cuanto a la atención del anfitrión, quedo muy satisfecho, ya que siempre respondió rápida y gentilmente a nuestras inquietudes.
Considerar que para llegar a la estación de tren ligero tienes que llegar en coche, ya que caminando son aproximadamente 30 minutos y los lugares que atraviesas aparentemente no son tan seguros.
Por último, agradezco mucho al anfitrión el detalle de dejarnos galletas y aperitivos en la mesa, además del café que era exquisito.
