I had a great stay here. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location worked perfectly for my trip, and everything in the home felt well taken care of. The host was also very flexible and easy to communicate with, which made check in and the whole stay really smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, cozy, and perfect for a weekend getaway. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, and the space had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was great as well—close to everything we wanted to do. The only thing to keep in mind is that parking can be a bit of a challenge, but It wasn’t a deal-breaker for us, just something future guests may want to plan for. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended! A++

The apartment was neat and cozy with the best vibes ever. Everything had a luxurious feel to it. We stayed in Jersey city for around 3 days and the space was enough for our family of 6 people. It is around a 10 to 15 min walk from the metro station which was very convenient as we used it to get to tour different locations in New York. The red WTC path train got us to New york in 15 min. Surrounding restaurants and nearby grocery stores were convenient. The experience was a stellar 5 star for me and my family.

Alai Homes was the perfect home away from home. With enough space for our group of ten, games to keep us all entertained, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and friendly. He really made our stay everything we had hoped and more. The Lincoln Park is right next door with a playground for the children, running train, basketball courts etc hence a great addition to the offerings.

I can’t say enough good things about this space and about the host. The host was very responsive, very communicative, and gave very clear instructions on how to find the house as well as how to get inside. They graciously accommodated me with early check in when I told them I would be arriving very early. We were welcomed with a basket of complimentary snacks as well as several beverages, which was very much appreciated after a long flight! The apartment itself was incredibly clean and looked exactly like the pictures. They put a lot of effort into making sure the space was very comfortable. The space was perfect for my family of 4. Everything was kept in great condition and had no issues, from the kitchen appliances to bathroom necessities. The only challenge about this location is definitely street parking, however the PATH was not far at all if you needed to access the city. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering it, and I would love to be back again.

Alai’s condo is in a great location that feels safe to walk around at night and is nice and quiet. His instructions were super clear, and he was very accommodating by making sure the space was clean and organized. He even provided refreshments upon our arrival! We ran into an issue that was not at all Alai’s fault, in that the door battery had died while we were away, and were locked out at 12:30am. I messaged him immediately, and he showed up to let us in within 15 minutes. I highly recommend that you stay with him!

Z przyjemnością zostawiamy opinię, bo mieszkanie naprawdę przerosło nasze oczekiwania! Byliśmy w 9 osób i wszyscy czuliśmy się tu bardzo komfortowo. Cztery przestronne sypialnie i wspólny salon sprawiły, że każdy miał miejsce dla siebie, ale też mogliśmy swobodnie spędzać czas razem. Kuchnia była świetnie wyposażona – było wszystko, czego potrzeba do gotowania dla większej grupy (nawet drobne rzeczy, o których zazwyczaj się zapomina!). Na duży plus: duża ilość ręczników i kosmetyki w łazienkach – widać, że gospodarze dbają o każdy szczegół. Czysto, wygodnie, przytulnie – naprawdę czuliśmy się jak w domu. Jeśli szukasz miejsca na wspólny wyjazd w większym gronie, to mieszkanie jest strzałem w dziesiątkę. Na pewno wrócimy!
